For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (203) 337-4977. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will be happy to submit your claim to your dental insurance.

Always a pleasure coming to Dr.Kests office, from his office receptionists to dental hygienists… always kind and polite and they take the best care of you! Dr.Tomasi was our saving grace/angel who didn’t like the way my daughters canker sore looked and sent her to get another look… it was biopsies, and we found she had tongue cancer! Non smoker, and only 25 years old! They caught it quick enough where she is in remission and checked every 6 months by her surgeon! Amazing!
